Dear friends,
we are two young men (26 and 35 years old) from San Gavino Monreale (VS), who five years ago had a crazy idea: to get into agriculture!
Our enterprise springs from faraway, when our grand- and great-grandfathers already owned these precious fields. Thanks to our fathers, who passed down this passion, we produce the most genuine products, that almost only our Land of Sardinian can offer.
We grow basic, simple things: grain, forage and, according to the season, a little fruits and vegetables... and, last but not least, saffron, a very typical product of our land.
We sometimes have to face unlucky times, that bring severe drought or afterwards periods when the rain is so heavy we can't even work the land. We also face bureaucracy, which often promises aid for agriculture, but in the end, more often than not, pulls our leg.
Not withstanding, we remain passionate and obstinate as just Sardinians can be. We are more than sure that the quality of our products will, sooner or later, get the recognition it deserves. All of this, in a world that nowadays realizes how eating adulterated stuff just ruins our health and, furthermore, does not even give any satisfaction to our taste buds.
